Amazing jam, made in minutes. No sugar, no rubbish. Simple to make, and totally delicious. The magic of this jam is the chia seeds, they make it like proper jam texture. Plus the added benefit of a heap of fiber, omega-3 fats, protein, vitamins and minerals.
These pancakes are super quick and easy. Light, fluffy and leave you satisfied but not stuffed! They are naturally quite sweet because of the bananas, but I love mine topped with coconut yogurt, berries and a little bit of maple syrup.
